THE FIRST SETTING FOR YOUR EVENT
The choice of venue immediately contributes to the image of your event.
Hotel, event space, unusual venue, company headquarters, auditorium, studio or outdoor space: the site must be suitable for the number of participants, the planned program and the technical constraints.
When necessary, we can rely on our network to assist you in finding an event venue in Bordeaux and Gironde, and then study its technical feasibility: sound system, screens, lighting, recording, internet connections, public circulation and layout of the different spaces.
2- THE SCENOGRAPHY
ENHANCING THE SPACES
An event is not simply about setting up a stage and a few screens.
Scenography helps to create an atmosphere, enhance a brand, and give visual coherence to the entire event.
Lighting, furniture, decor, signage, screens, video content or decorative elements can be combined to transform a space and create an environment tailored to your identity.
Depending on the scale of the project, we bring together the necessary partners to work on the scenography and the layout of the spaces, while ensuring consistency with the audiovisual installations.
3- SOUND, VIDEO, LIGHTING, CONTROL
THE HEART OF GOOD ON-AIR.
We can take care of all or part of the technical resources needed for your event:
Sound system and wireless microphones, broadcasting on screens or video projection, lighting for speakers and spaces, multi-camera video control room, recording, video conferencing, duplex and streaming broadcasting.
Depending on your needs, we can provide equipment rental, delivery and installation, or a technical team to ensure operation during the event.
This dual experience in audiovisual production and event management also allows us to anticipate how interventions, presentations and content will actually be used on the day.
4- FOOD AND SOCIAL TIMES
Coffee reception, cocktail, lunch, dinner or catering during a seminar: these moments are fully part of the participants' experience.
When the project requires it, we can direct you to local caterers and partners who can offer a service tailored to the number of participants, the venue and the spirit of your event.
The goal is not to become an intermediary for each service, but to help you build a cohesive team and simplify the overall organization.
ENTERTAINMENT AND HIGHLIGHTS
A corporate event can also include activities designed to create connections, structure a day, or offer a different experience to participants.
Team building, interactive entertainment, quizzes, sports activities, public speaking, immersive experiences or evening events: we can call on specialized partners when these services are part of the project.

5- PHOTO AND VIDEO CAPTURE: EXTEND THE EVENT
An event can continue to generate value long after the participants have left.
Recording conferences, interviews, photographs, retrospective film, aftermovie or short formats for social networks allow you to keep a record of the event and extend its communication.
Thanks to our audiovisual production activity, we can anticipate this content creation from the event preparation stage.
